Choose the brand, category, and event date; keep the public story separate from private order and contact details. Add evidence through the secure media pipeline if needed.

2. Safety and moderation

Content is reviewed for personal data, threats, spam, and community rules. AI only provides recommendations; enforcement requires human control or explicit product rules.

3. Response and resolution

A verified brand can post an official response and propose a resolution. The experience becomes confirmed as resolved only after user approval.

4. Measurable outcome

User stars determine the brand rating, while response, timing, and resolution metrics separately describe operational performance.
