Version and approval
These community rules require Trust & Safety and qualified legal approval before formal launch.
Genuine first-hand experience
Share only experiences you had or directly participated in, using a chronological and verifiable account. Speculation, coordinated campaigns, and artificial engagement are prohibited.
Protect personal data
Do not include phone, e-mail, address, order/tracking numbers, identity, or payment data in public text. Share necessary resolution details only through encrypted private fields.
Respect and safety
Threats, targeting, hate speech, abuse, impersonation, spam, copyright violations, and unlawful content are not allowed.
Moderation and appeals
Content may be approved, returned for changes, or rejected with a reason. Immediate threats and exposed personal data may be temporarily hidden. Eligible decisions can be appealed from the account area.
