Our independence principle
Brands cannot delete content, alter user ratings, or mark an experience resolved on their own. Commercial relationships remain separate from ranking and moderation decisions.
Transparency
Rating, response rate, first-response time, and resolution rate are shown separately. Trend 100 is a verified community activity indicator, not a quality ranking.
